Standard shipping for home decor items typically takes 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery may take 7-14 business days as we use specialized white-glove carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.
What is your return policy for Flourish products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Flourish ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to reach more international destinations in the near future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through your Flourish account dashboard.
